97 7.3L CC F350 4x4 NEW SHOCKS??

So I definitely need to do a shock upgrade on this truck. Any recommendations? I run Bilsteins on all my off road toys but was thinking about trying an emulsion style shock like a Rancho or something... Any thoughts?

On the cheaper side, James Duff 70/30. I just got 8110 for the front and 8114 for the rear, stock height.

I am a big fan of Bilsteins too. My "cheaper" set of shocks were a nice replacement over stock shocks, for about 2 months. In 6 months they were leaking oil and rode like trash. Over 2 years on Bilstein, lot's of miles, wheeling, and hauling and they're as good as the day I bolted them on. Buy once cry once, as my coworker likes to say.

I love the Rancho RS9000s I have on the back of my 250. It feels like a completely different rear suspension unloaded, and much better damping loaded heavily. I did' put them on the front, but that's the plan now with how great the back works.

I just bought Monroe reflexes, have yet to get them on but a lifetime warranty is good enough for me. It's a one ton so chasing a smooth ride is nearly futile.
