Sd plenums won't fit with obs turbo. I have a project for a guy and tried to use then and is a nogo. The riffraff billets are a nogo. Sadly as much as I despise them irates flat plenums fit. They are aluminum but not billet, just a flat aluminum plate/tube setup.

Problem with these is that with the way the tube is welded to the plate they cause all kinds of turbulence. They also have a real problem staying sealed to the head.

Yep. Hence the I hate to bring them up.
That also is why I built my own set.
As the title says who sells them? Gonna switch to the 3" on my obs, I just want the stock SD 3" intakes.
You can easily do a stock turbo on 3" plenums. Intercooler or not, it costs about 30$ and maybe an hours worth of slow fabbing of a y pipe. Pic of an old IC setup I did with a stock turbo.
My plenums do not leak but the boots keep sliding up into the spider and leaking. I am hoping to make the pipe larger so I don't need a steped boot or weld a ring onto the stock plenum to stop the boot from sliding up.... Its easier to weld the ring on as I would leave the plenums in the truck to weld but it is risky....
