Electrical bug?

Electrical bug?
For about a year now I have been having an electrical problem with my 99' 7.3. The over drive on my gear shift lever randomly starts flashing on me, and when going slow it is screwy with shifting. Also my truck skips 4th gear and goes straight to 5th. (Truck has 223k miles, Ford put a new tranny in it at 185k miles). And if I roll down my windows, for a split second I lose power to everything, my engine drops to 0 rpm's and I lunge forward because of it slowing down. Same if I turn on my windshield wipers/lights/blinkers. Any idea where the electrical problem is?
Thankyou!
Thankyou!

1. get the tranny codes read by someone with a Powerstroke capable scanner, the ones at the parts stores won't do it.
2. Get a genuine Ford or International camshaft position sensor, the ones sold at the parts stores will cause the power issues you are having (which are caused by electrical interference affecting the inferior part).
