Still working on the 54. will try to post some more pics soon. Had trouble posting pics for a while.

 

I'm still here from time to time. Not much going on with the 53 over the last year. I got a new position at work and have worked almost every weekend for the last year. Can not wait for retirement so I can finally finish this truck and start to drive it!

 

Still around now and then... quite alive but never been much of a kicker.

OldHorse is sleeping in the garage; he doesn't get out much but does just fine when he does.

 

Rob, good to hear from you. Long time, no FTE! Let's get to work on that truck! Keep us posted with pics, please.

 

Good to hear from you Karen, I was at The Garden of the Gods a year ago June. Did a family trip to Denver, Yellowstone etc

 

I am still here i check in just about every day just to see what is new

 

i geuss i can fit into this category seeing as i dissapear for very long periods of time .................... i am still alive and kicking , no time for the 53 as work just keeps getting crazier and crazier , and the lack of free money.................... my home 'putor has crashed yet again and been using a loaner laptop from my unk who's fixing it again so i just don't get on for a wide variety of reasons . i try to remember all my co-enablers and fellow addicts on a daily basis , but i am so brain tired that i really am the living definition of turning blonde !!!!!!! i will try to get on here a little more often though , but no guarantees .

I'm still here from time to time!
I haven't worked on the truck much recently, but I did send it down for my brother to do some fab work on the flat bed. We worked a trade sometime ago and he is going to do some work on the old gal for me. I also recently found the rare PTO for my np202 transfercase, took four years of looking!
Glad to always have FTE to come back to!

 

I'm away, far more than in here anymore.
Been busy with our still-new-to-us-old house, and the kids' activities.
Robotics is full swing with my oldest right now. And now I'm also cleaning up under and around my seven 50ft trees' mess from the holiday's ice storm. Needed to prune them anyway...
Still have all my projects:
'56 F-100
'56 C-600 (to be C-800 Big Job Crew Cab)
'54 F-100
various '53-'55 parts bodies for crew donors.

Hi Abe, Yes, all is good. Been driving more this year in our old vehicles than ever before. Still going to build another 56, and my Dad and I are going to build it together. He is still sharp as a tack. Really makes me proud to hang out with him. drove to Florida and back in the earl truck.

We ought to get our green trucks together some day soon. Your truc looks great. Thanks for thinking of me.
