I have seen that before...just don't use muriatic or too much of it on aluminum...it munches aluminum like nobodies business...

The stuff my buddy uses is designed specifically for aluminum condensors...

Interesting to note here is that there is no dirt clogged in the A/C condenser coil. it was trapped in between the radiator and condenser... none of the dirt was visible from the outside.

Washing with air cooler cleaner would be difficult since it would be impossible to determine if you were just washing the dirt into the a/c condenser or vice versa. the filter screen in front of the condenser would be the an excellent idea.
Now that i have a good clean radiator, i will probably get to work on that. i regularly drive dirt roads, sanded highways in the winter, and there are always cattle and hay trucks driving in front of me with loose crap flying into the truck.

Haha no need. Glad you got it cheap. I had to put two new radiator in a couple SDs this week. I feel their pain on the 800$ plus figure.

230 is an incredible price. I might pick up a second one for the buggy build!

Its only like 6 bucks more than an oe one from Napa. That's my cost! It's a no brainer!!
