Ok great and yeah that tit popped right on and that pulley is definitely on there tight , I heard a few popping sounds as I was tighting the screw so i stopped thinking that was it but still didn't manage pop the pulley. I'll give it a go in the morning and really give it a good tug.

Correct. The tit is what pushes against the shaft of the pump, while the 2 halves that make up the collar pull against the pulley.

Well guys after having several others hands and eyes taking a look, removing.thr fan clutch and shroud(which made the job much easier actually) using various tools and breaker bars, I am defeated.
I may have stripped the pulley itself (it is definitely beat at this point) I have a screw that came with tool stuck inside the pulleys hole. If I'm not crazy I did get the pulley to move abit because the distance between the pulley and psp bolts is wider also the puller itself is comprised now I'm sure.
Of course I have pics of this mess. Not entirely sure what I did wrong I know I had the the pulley tool assembled correctly. At this point what can I do now besides quit while I'm ahead. Someone suggested to go get the original puller and use it to get behind the pulley itself to yank it off. At this point I am clueless.
Nonetheless thanks for the help so far.

Can I just hack it off or saw it.where the pump and pulley meet
Then I just buy new pump and pulley.

No I haven't tried the vise grips yet, I may try that but is it plausible to saw it without damaging anything but the pump?

Yes you can saw that threaded adapter off and use the tool to remove the pulley. It is hardened steel so have fun... took me a good 5+ minutes with my sawzall to cut thru it. Might try a cutoff wheel first.
EDIT: oh your pulley is busted too now? I don't see the damage but... if so then just saw the whole thing apart. Who cares what you break (besides the accessory bracket)... pulley is broken and the pump shaft has an adapter jammed in it.

Hey I got an idea. Can you get to the mounting ears on that pump from the back if you remove the accessory bracket? If so they are only cast aluminum and you could easily cut them with a standard cutoff wheel or even a Dremel cutoff wheel if it's hard to reach.
Last resort... air chisel. Because that may or may not break the bracket.
