Fuel pressure

On a 89 f-150 with 5.0 L efi ,what is the fuel pressure on the fuel rail supposed to read, PSI ?

Somewhere around 30-35psi at idle with vacuum attached to the pressure regulator and 39-45psi with vacuum disconnected from the regulator.
