What is a good method of lifting?

Hey fellas,
Fixing to lift my 95 supercrew centurion. What is a good brand of lift kit? Or, should I go another route to lift? Building spring packs, ect...

Oh, I would like to get about 3" to 4". I want to stay away from body lifts for right now. I want a good solid suspension lift. Its not going to be a hill climber or nothing, just a show off truck... sort of a daily driver around town..deerlease, Colorado mountains type truck.

Are all lift kits springs in the front and blocks in the rear? Or, do they make a lift kit, that is new springs front and rear?

One of my buddies suggested getting my spring packs rebuilt and re-arched? He seems to think that would be better?

I would do a RSK lift with super duty springs. And a shackle flip in the rear. That would give you a good ride and not have arched springs in front and blocks in the rear.

I would have to agree with Gabe. There is not to many people(if any) that have been unhappy with going an rsk. Pmf suspension is another choice for the rsk kit as well

Edit. Sweet looking crew/super cab. Bet that's fun at Walmart lol

Yeah you should be able to give both those companies a call and they will tell you everything you will need to purchase to lift it the right way. You already have the solid front axle so your a step closer than most.

Just a FYI. The Precision Metal Fab is cheaper and a better quality.
I have had both and removed SKYs in favor of the PMF.
SKY was the only one around that offered one for quite a while but PMF has Surpassed SKYs setup

I've never driven it. My dad parked it in the back 40 of Wally world when he would go. It's gonna be fun lifted! I bet it will turn some heads. I'm hoping. I'm plastering my logo for my Electrical Contracting Co. on it. Write Off!

Will I have to box out my front frame horns, like I did on my 89'? I did use a sky shackle flip on it, and a rear shackle reverse. I have not put it on the road yet, its still in the toy shop.

My kit included new springs in the front and blocks for the back. I was very close to getting Deaver rear springs but I will most likely tow with this in the future so i took a pass. It may be more cost effective to do the RSK. I got a friends and family deal on my kit and I know a guy at Bilstein Motorsports & Aftermarket or else I would have considered the RSK.

The best way to lift is to bend your knees.

If your truck is 4wd, no boxing necessary.

PMFs kit also bolts right in. It uses factory holes, No drilling, cutting or welding
