Bought motorcraft glow plugs. But my wiring/connectors are jacked up.

I would like to cut and replace the wire/connectors that attach to the top of the glow plugs. It's Har for some to stay pinched. They come loose a lot. I have a hard time starting the truck especially in today's weather. Can someone point me in the right direction? What is this part called? Do they have to be specifically made for these motorcraft glow plugs?

Yikes. That's the whole harness. I was looking to replace the ends only. It would save me a lot of money.

for about $5 you can get a 10 pack of bullet crimp connectors and some heat shrink tubing.
crimp the connectors on the wire, then solder them. lastly put a piece of heat shrink tubing over the connector and hit it with a hear gun.
that is what i did for all my trucks

Just be careful, if your truck is anything like mine some of the ends of the wires aren't in the best shape. It's also hard to get much extra to work with when you cut off the old connector, I ran into that problem.
