Ford Transit XL trim and wiring Please Help

I'm looking to purchase a new 350 Transit. I spec'd a XLT a few weeks ago, but they could not build and deliver in my time frame. My dealer has located one, but it was ordered as a XL then they proceeded to add all of the XLT options. My question is will there be any trim/appearance difference on the interior dash area so on? Also, would the XL be wired for power mirrors inside the door even though it was delivered with manual mirrors? Would it be hard to wire if not? Thanks for your advice and help.

Generally the wiring harness are going to be different. The OEMs have made it hard to simply add most options. I would not count on being able to change the mirrors.
Dash area should be the same, with exception of radio differences possibly. Keep in mind, cruise control is an option on these vans. I have a local company that has successfully added that at least.
