T-50 seat belt bolt thread size?

I had to drill out seat belt bolt and need a replacement, anyone know the thread size?

they use to be 7/16 diameter, 20 threads per inch (national fine thd)...... I assume the trucks after 2000 had the same bolts.

My 99 s m12 but use a T55 torx plus socket.
