Timing chain cover...OE vs. Ebay

Timing chain cover...OE vs. Ebay

I'm needing a timing chain cover for my 460 (1979). The engine is going into my boat. I see them for $150, and then there are the aftermarket ones on Ebay for $50 or $60. Is there any real difference in these things?

thickness of the metal.. to hold seals and gaskets in place..

unless oil leaks do not matter. my opinion.
