Avg turbo condition?

Avg turbo condition?
This is as close as I could get to the turbo but the fins look really dull , is this something I should be concerned about ???

If the fins are not chipped or dented, and there is no shaft play in and out, the turbo is fine.

^^Agreed

And all you need to do it take off the rubber boot at the turbo to get a better view
