I have a 2005 super crew f150 king ranch 5.4. Has 162xxx miles. I just installed a tuner. Edge evolution cs2. And when set on the extreme level under semi hard acceleration it starts surging around 50-60 MPH until I level the throttle out. Has anyone else had this issue? Under hard acceleration it does fine. The tuner really woke it up. But normal daily driving isn't good.

 

First, back off to a level that runs well or return to stock. Second, contact Edge.
Another path might be to connect to your PC and see if there are updates to the Edge.
