97 7.3 motor build PICSS!!!

I have a 94 f350 7.3 turbo with a 97 motor and I need help with finding out where to hook up certain things, well heres some pics.

/Users/Talia/Desktop/IMG_3628.jpg
What's missing?

What connects here?

What is this hose?

What goes here? Degas bottle?

What was here?

Where can I find a window crank?

What are all these wires for? Truck is xl so maby for optional power windows, locks etc.?

Why is this bypassed?

What does this switch do? (driver side seat)

What do these connect to? (driver side where intake goes)

Sorry I know I have a lot of questions but I own a 6.0 and this is my first 7.3 so i'm learning.. Thanks in advance for any help

Maybe the over flow for radiator. The early trucks had a different radiator setup with over flow where the late trucks had a degas tank.

Yes

LMC truck may have the components you need. Or a junk yard or post in the parts wanted sticky. Some one here may have it.

To trick the ac system to stay running.

Lumbar air cushion.

The round one looks like the icp sensor maybe.

That's about all I can come up with at the moment without looking at a complete one. Good luck

Thanks for the info, btw do you know why they would need to trick it into working instead of just plugging it in?

If the ac compressor is not kicking in, you can short the low side switch and that will give power to the clutch and it will engage. But this is not a fix. Just a check to see if you have power. Either the sensor is bad or it was really low on freon.

Ok I had to go take a quick look. I told you wrong about the round pig tail in the last pick that will go on the back sensor of the ac compressor

Ahh, yea I bought her 3 months ago and she has a complete new ac system, compressor, accumulator, hoses etc. the only thing I saw not replaced was the sensor. And ok.. explains why it doesn't blow hard or cold...maby.. but the compressor does engage, also do you know anything about manual transfer cases?

It didn't want to shift so I sprayed penetrating oil on the componets and was able to shift it but barely. Also I can twist the lever and all the parts wiggle with it like it's really loose. And I can't get the black plastic cover off haha

I can't find a window crank anywhere, I guess i'll have to get one at a junkyard, but how would you take it off? I tried taking the back off but I couldn't figure it out.

I believe there is just a retainer clip on the back. You will need a small hooked tool to get it off. You can get the right one for 5-10 dollars at autozone. They will probably have cranks that fit as well.

The bad part is it had a bad connection and I did the zip tie mod and it worked. Then when i did all the work to it I decided to order a new pig tail. Put it on and it worked good for awhile but had to go back to the zip tie mod.

Does the flat plug you are holding in the last pic go to the wiper motor

I'm not sure, I was thinking it went to the air filter. It has a weird homemade intake on it now with no filter (haven't been running it) but i'm not sure DAT's why i'm on here trying to get some answers
