There is just a single idler, which sits almost above the tensioner. I would just change the tensioner, idler, and belt. So far that's all I've changed in my 2006, and all the other pulleys are fine. Remember that you'll need a 1/2" breaker bar to detention the belt and pull it off. It's a long reach down to get to the tensioner bolts, so get ready to lay on your motor or use a topside creeper!
