You got that right. I think the only thing I could bring myself to change would be a chrome grill and the chrome headlights bezels.

It has positive arched springs in the front and 4 inch blocks in back , this being my first Ford I wasn't sure. I've had several Chebbies that I put lift kits in but didn't know about a Ford. By the way I love my Ford.

Very very nice rig. Tires are 35's? If yes, then yes it has a lift. Are the front leaf springs still a 2 count? If so then stock set up that has been arched for sure.

IMO X2 on the chrome grill insert and head light bezels and get a chrome rear axle center wheel cap.

My truck is a F350 camper special , tires are 34 inches , front springs have 6 leaves and sway bars front and rear. 4 inch lift blocks out back. Does have a chrome grille, not all chrome , the inside of the rectangles are silver with chrome outer edges. Thought about a new grille surround and chrome headlight doors, but if I change one piece of trim it will make the next one look worse so if I put all new trim on it it looks like a cost of about $4000.00 soooo it don't look that bad. Mask off the grey inner part of the grill and paint it black, that will go good with the black push bar IMO. Also black touch up the core support while you have the insert out.

Get some used chrome JY head light bezels, that way you do not have brand new shinny parts messing up your fung-sway Ford truck ness. lol

Sharp looking truck! I wouldn't change a thing! Tinted glass, rear slider, towing mirrors, racetrack trim, 1 ton 4x4, looks like even bucket seats?? Nice.

How many leaves in your rear spring pack? And just a 4" lift block like what would be in a highboy?

You'll get 100 different opinions on your grill. I like it just the way it is, I happen to be a fan of the argent (grey) inner portion. When I put a different grill in mine with the chrome leading edge, I left the inner portion grey on purpose, it keeps a factory look and shows up better in pictures.

When I got my truck it had an after market seat made by flexsteel in gray velour, the truck was originaly kind of gold and white color with the sides in white and the interior was painted in gold with black carpet door panels and headliner. I have about 85% finished redoing the inside in gray and white , still have to do the dash. I will post more pics soon.

Welcome to the 1-ton club Gene, sharp truck!! I would also change out the headlight bezels. JBG sells some decent aftermarket bezels for $30-40/ea IIRC. I have used them on some of my old trucks/bronco's and they still look good. Aftermarket parts are kinda hit and miss. But for your bezels JBG is good. Also, if you can find a factory OEM push bar, it will look killer and add some Marchal fog lights!! Love your truck!!

Here is my 79 F350 4x4 SC camper special with the factory push bar and NOS Marchal fog lights for example:
