Well guys just got done putting a new clutch in and rear main and pulling the transmission out and splitting the case and putting a new input shaft seal in reinstalling and cleaning the transmission and painting it with engine enamel and went on the first drive and didn't make it a mile and it died tried to crank it up was cranking really fast got out popped the hood and wow oil every were and oil running out under the truck lines look fine at first inspection what do you guys think what commonly goes out

There is a valve in place to prevent this . If the IPR sticks closed ( never ) there is a blowoff valve to prevent this . show a pick of the back of the pump .
I'll get one tomorrow and post it I'm pretty sure it did trash the pump but I figured there was supposed to be a safety in place for that but It didint work
