What! That's crazy, congratulations!
I see it says original engine, that's nice to see I have the same year and engine.
What major repairs have you had to make?
Is it still running strong?

The only thing non-maintenance with the engine was a broken valve spring at 250k. I just replaced the rack and power steering pump. The rear end recently developed a slight whine.

Please tell me it "ticked" and occasionally had a "diesel sound" like mine has for > 210K miles - which I've always resisted doing anything about!

It has sounded like a quiet diesel for quarter million miles.

Wow - that's quite a milestone. Tell us about oil; what you use and change intervals. Any other maintenance tips? The assumption is you do a lot of highway miles.

Oil change with conventional oil every 5k miles. Didn't use any oil between changes up to about 350k miles. Now uses about a quart every 1200-1500 miles.

Wow awesome milestone! Congratulations! Is it on the original transmission or has it been rebuilt a time or two? How many sets of spark plugs have you gone through? Any chance of posting some pics of the truck?

Awesome ..... I know of one here that made 417K and that was ..... stupendous!

You are gonna get questions about hoe many plug changes, trans services, axle and TC services, and yeah ..... we want some pictures.

That's awesome! any reason you do not use synthetic blend as Ford suggests? Do you use a Motorcraft oil filter with the drain back valve in it or a after market brand?

Makes me feel confident about mine. Currently at 133,000 miles. What brand conventional oil did you use? I've used Motorcraft synthetic blend for years.

Which aftermarket filter doesn't have a back flow valve???? I have cut numerous ones apart and haven't found one without it yet.... The quality of all the parts in the filter do very greatly from brand to brand.
