GT40 heads in CA
Has anyone done the GT40 head swap on their BKO and been able to avoid the CEL code 311 for the secondary air system? I had my engine rebuilt with a set of GT40 heads, lightning lower intake and explorer upper. I have to cap off the crossover tubes that connected to the back of the heads because the GT40's don't have the holes for them. Everything has been hooked up and drive great for about 7k miles. i decided to check for codes because smog is due soon and i pulled the code 311, and i'm assuming that it's because it's not letting the air back in. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
