Is My Truck Lifted

I have had my truck for many years now. I bought it from a bank, it having been repossessed. The stock tires have always looked small, many remark on that, asking why I don't have larger tires.

Anyways, on the rear, I have a 4" block, five leaf springs, a 1.25" block and one additional leaf spring. Six springs in total and two blocks.

I have never stopped to look under another OBS and I wouldn't know if it was stock anyways.

I'm just curious.

Sounds like a standard 3000# f350 rear pack with an overload, could be wrong though. Typically overloads use a 6 3" leaf base pack.
What size tires?

Chances are , NO it is stock
The 4" lift block is stock on a 4wd F350
5 leaf springs are standard as well
The single top leaf was an option

BUT, most lift springs will also be 5 leaf
