1986 351W rebuild, asking for advice on pistons and cam

Wood hauler and occasional plow truck. Good block and crank, just tanked, crank ground .010, block bored .020.
Sticking with stock heads, I have a dual plane intake and a Holley 80457, wanting to keep the price down, want low end torque. Need recommendations on a cam, and, on what pistons to get most hp/compression with pump gas. So I don't care what pistons, just wanting the most power for the buck. Also, moly rings, and it has stock lifters, need new ones.
Also, can I reuse head bolts, main cap bolts, and can I reuse connecting rod nuts? I figured I'd replace them, just curious.

Gonna put headers on it, and that's as much dinking around as I'll do, it's not a racer, but, just wanting a good solid motor.

You can reuse all fasteners, but I'd suggest you ditch the stock smog era heads and pick up a set of GT40s ideally or second best some E7TEs, both of these will give you 1/2 pint boost in compression without doing anything else and these newer heads also flow better for more HP and TQ. Flattop pistons with valve eyebrows will then produce about 9.5:1 CR or a little better, add something like the Comp 35-234-3 cam and lifter kit and longtubes for about 400tq and 250-275hp at the crank.
