Trick A/C controls

I'm shopping for an A/C system for my build and talking to different vendors. I talked to Gary at Custom Aftermarket A/C Systems & Pro Touring A/C Parts: Hot Rod... today. They have some pretty slick ( albeit pricey ) control panels for their A/C kits. He mentioned the next thing in the pipeline for them available next month and at SEMA this year. App controls. Down load the app and operate your climate control sans instrument panel controls from your Apple device ( He said Droid may be in the works). Sounds like it might be a hit for the guys that want a totally stock appearance.

Interesting site. I am looking for some vents for the dash in my 40 Ford coupe but haven't been able to find any that are square vs round or rectangular. I could see some of this style A/C equip in a high end show car/truck. Nice stuff.

Nick, you're in Buffalo. The window **** is your A/C control!

Sorry, couldn't resist. I grew up in Buffalo.

Those controls are super clean. I've got the Vintage air stream line

But some of those look a lot nicer. Wonder if i could wire them to fit the vintage air unit

Those ones you got are really nice. If I went V/A I think Id go that route, maybe the black version. I was looking in the FAQ section and that exact question was asked and the answer was no.

Too bad the GEN IV V/A kits are too big for our trucks because Dakota Digital has a nice controller for those. Would match my gauges.

Thats too bad but then again it would require me to redo the dash I made.
