Not that easy BUT possible. W.A.G. it's going to be about 10 to 1 of the Xs you find will be 3:73. Most of the front ends will need to be rebuilt anyway,So I'd say find your X then swap the axles or gears in the build.

What are your wants? What price range are you looking at?
On my previous ex, I had my gears changed to 4:30's at Ford Dealer... If I were in the market for let's say a clean one, there's no way I wouldn't buy if it didn't come with 4:30's... I mean I remember this was a one day job...
Now if your looking to spend 5k total then I understand.

You're looking for the same truck I was just a few years ago. I found the needle in the haystack by accident, but it was worth the trip. You can find the factory gear ratios by plugging the VIN into FordEtis home page.
Fuel economy is the downside to these. I couldn't get mine to hit 12 MPGs no matter what I did. Bone stock cruising at 65 MPH she was good for around 11.5.

50% of my excursions have 4.30s.
My 2000 Limited is all stock and has 3.73s.
My 2000 XLT has 4.30s and gets right at 14 mpg. It has 34" tires on it though. So it acts like 4.10s.
Both have their advantages, I prefer the 4.30s in my XLT cuz it has a limited slip rear, and larger tires.
I prefer the 3.73s in a non limited slip non towing stock setup.
