Fuel Pump

Hey guys I have a 91 F250 with the 460 in it. I have the dual tanks and I was wondering if the fuel pumps are interchangeable between the two tanks. Both of my tanks were leaking so I put a new rear tank in but then the fuel pump went out in that tank. I dont really have the money for a new front tank so I figured I might just be able to put the front tank pump in the rear tank. What do you guys think?

I don't think the assemblies are but the pump itself is. I think the body and float is longer on the front tank than it is the back.
