I strongly recommend you see a lawyer. The insurance co is using one and they will SEEM really nice and will push for you to settle. They will not pay a dime till you settle, you will be stuck with the bills if it take longer that a year or you PIP runs out, ( this is in Oregon, not sure all states are the same). I went through this with my daughter. We found a lawyer that use to work for insurance co. He was a nice, level headed person, that was to the point. He was not out to make a killing and actually was picky about his clients. Wouldn't do anything unless it was a REAL case.
The insurance Co will not help you out, just try to get you to settle less that they owe. I hated to do it, and we are not trying to get anything more than our bills paid in a reasonable time.
Glad you are alright man. geez thank god you were in a if you would of been any other vehicle whole different story.
Drunk drivers always walk away with minor injuries for some weird reason Glad you are alright man hope you get better.

Not weird, bodies are generally loose and not tensed up expecting it. Stay loose your body goes with the flow rather than stiff and ridged trying to avoid the collision.
