Mirror swap

I replaced the passenger front door on my 06 E450 thinking my tow mirrors would swap right over, but the replacement door has fewer holes. Are there tow mirrors (two arms extend out with upper and lower mirrors) to fit this door or do I have to go to a smaller mirror? Maybe someone has drilled new holes or rigged it up some other way? Maybe cut that section out of the old door out and weld it in the new one?

Are these aftermarket new door shells? Beginning model year 2003 Ford's front doors changed the mirror mounting portion, earlier years not simple bolt up or interchangeable.

If you need/want the 2006 type mirror mounting to NOT be a huge and unnecessary undertaking get the proper era door shell.
