1971 cab over fire truck
We have a 1971 cab over fire truck with a 534 cubic inch engine.
For some reason it has a hole in a piston.
I'm not having any luck finding a replacement piston.
If anyone has any ideas please email me at fdchief@aol.com
Thanks
Jeff

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has either part number.
Contact Egge Machine Co. in Santa Fe Springs CA (800-866-3443), they can make you one.

There is a large truck forum: Large Truck - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
And there is a 534 form: 401, 477, & 534 SD Engines - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
You might find more assistance in one of those places as most of us in here have F100 or F250 type pickups.
One word on the 534, my understanding is that since it's not very powerful and is a well known gas hog, when most people who own one encounter engine trouble, they pull it out and replace it with a 390 or 429.
As a bonus, that 534 is so heavy you can get close to a million dollars in scrap metal for it
