1995 bronco problems

I bought a 1995 bronco recently. Long story short the guy ripped me off. Engine had rear main seal leak and a lot of other things wrong. I have used this site to fix most of the minor problems. I changed the tps and vss in the rear end. Dropped another rebuilt 302 in it. Now here's my problem recently. When I go down the interstate my speedometer jumpsnaround once I get over 55-60 mph. The abs light comes on and once I get off the interstate my bronco shifts from park to drive and reverse hard and shifts into 1st and 2nd gear hard too. I am in the army and moving to another state soon and in need to get this fixed before I go. Any ideas I can use tonfind the solutions. You guys are awesome and I have fixed everything that I had problems in the past. Hopefully you guys can help out with this. Thanks brothers.

well your new issues are unrelated to the engine unless of course the TPS is out of wack. sounds like you may have either a bad rear ABS sensor located on the top of your rear diff or its your 4wabs module located under your window fluid/rad overflow tank..

pull codes and get back to us.

Thanks for the reply. I Cleaned and changed out the tps a while back. Do you think it could have gone bad again? Are they sensitive?

Check the abs sensor in the top of the rear axle pumpkin. We'll known issue on these. It's either going bad or the tone ring is. Pull it out, wipe off the metal shavings put it back in and see.

Corey, I have a set of Ford Dealer manuals that you can have if you will reimburse me the mailing charges. (I would send it USPS Priority but have no idea how much it would cost - figure $20-$30 dollars) I have a 1996 and it is different enough from what I need that I can't use them too much. One book covers engine and the other covers body/frame.
