No oil at rockers, help

OK, I got my truck all back together and I start it up and I have a high end rattle when it idles up. Pulled the valve covers and there was little oil ther, so.. Took off the rockers and turned the oil pump with a drill, had plenty of oil then. I disassembled the rockers and cleaned everything. That got me a little more, but still not enough. About to tair it back apart to see what it is.
History, just put on fuel pump, oil pump, timing chain, and 4 barrel intake and carb.

Rocker bolts--did you put them back in the correct holes. One each side brings the oil up to the rocker. Scroll down a bit and see the diagram:

oil

Reduced shank bolts shown, again, scroll down:

Ya, tore it all apart today, there was damage in different spots lifters, pushrods, what we noticed is the camhad way to much play in it. Thinking now the cam bearing shifted and is dumping the oil the there...

did you take the Rail apart (metal tube rockers pivot on) they are known to clog up , there's a small freeze plug type cap at each end . i did this when i rebuilt my 390 and pushed a long wood dowel thru , got about 1.5 feet of black sludge out of each one from there i soaked them in degreaser then ran a pipe cleaner brush threw them .

yes unfortunately we found the issue, I changed the timing set and didn't notice that there was a missing trust plate for the cam, the timing gear that was on it had it built in. the cam moved forward and all the oil pressure was lost there. I pulled the cam today and the bearings are wiped so we will be pulling the motor and rebuilding. just need to figure out how mild or wild we will go.
