I'm pretty sure they are the same, although you may have more height, as the F350's seem to sit up higher.

Not sure if there is any difference in the inner fenders or firewall actually. So I guess I don't know.

1973/79 F100/350: ALL the sheet metal is the same with three exceptions.

Left inner fender with 2WD is different than with 4WD

F350's on the 140" wheelbase have the rear axle set back further, so their Styleside beds are different.

Left quarter panel (bedside): 1973/76 Stylesides have exposed fuel caps, 1977/79 Stylesides have fuel doors.

The front sheet metal and the front doors are the same as 1978/79 Bronco.

I am curious.....What prompts the question? Are you looking to swap in a Caterpillar C27 engine or something?

99% sure 73-79 F100/F150/F250/F350 and 78/79 Broncos engine compartments are all the same dimensions.

Differences in the compartment are steering box position and steering shaft in a 2wd versus 4wd. Radiator thickness....power brakes versus manual?

Maybe a thousand hamsters and an exercise wheel. Cheap on gas and as long as it doesn't sit to long, nobody would notice the raisins.
