New Headgaskets

Who makes the BEST headgaskets for the 98 4.6 W motor??I replaced them about two years ago and now the right side went again. That is a lot of work and I don't want to do it again..I thought maybe a better gasket might be out there.I used the 3 peace metal ones..Thanks.Ed

On the 4.6 and 5.4, it is very important to measure head and block surfaces for warpage. .004 is not much tolerance. Gasket failure is likely if not done properly.

Just check BOTH the block and the heads before you throw another gasket and all that work at a problem that will pop back up if the block or head is out of spec.

No gasket should only last two years no matter how crappy it is. You either had bad surfaces or torqueing issues when you put the heads back on last time.
