Windshield wiper transmission gaskets
I am trying to figure out what the gaskets/seals are called for where the wiper arm mount goes through the cab. We are finally getting some of the wet stuff and I found water on the passenger side floor by the trans hump.
My guess is the gaskets for the wipers are shot.
I sure could use some help to find replacements.
Has anyone done this, and how hard is it to replace them?

I can't help you with replacement other than than the three letters nobody likes. LMC du dunt duuuuunnnnnnn
I replaced mine with automotive A/C cork. I used it like a gasket pad and cut it out.
Wiper arms will be a PPPIIIIAAAAAASSSSSSSS. so go into it with the right mind set. At least it was for me with my big ole bear paws.

They are available from Dennis Carpenter.
It's not hard to replace them, but it is hard to remove everything else from the dash to have room to get the whole assembly backed out enough to get the new gasket on.

I was figuring it was something like that. Most of the time, if it needs replacing, it will be the piece you have to remove everything else so you can get to it.
Thanks for the link to the gaskets on DC. I will order them once I get a few more parts needed from them to make the minimum shipping worth it.
Rains very little here in Vegas so it can wait until I have more reason to pull everything out of the dash. I plan to do AC before next summer and possibly prime the truck so everything will be out then.
