Just buy some goats. Take care of brush and grass, remind you of the sandbox and if so please inclined throw on the grill when the yard work is done.

Done and done.

I was from Rockwall. Grew up on the farms before all the land was sold and used for commercial development. I dont have any family south of the mason dixon line, but I was the first born there. Many many friends around ft. worth, dallas, San Ant, rockwall.

Very nice. I love Texas. I wish my family to grow up there, but the way things are going, I might have a better life for them here.

We are going to move back out there before the grandkids finish high school.

You do any body work outside the job? That the next big thing on the truck checklist, if I don't have a major engine problem

Where abouts? Ft worth area?

And yes, I do anything and everything. I did my first restoration on a 66 c1500, 383, no rust, straight as an arrow. Never finished, owner ran out of money. He wants me to finish it now.

My 01 Dodge will be getting body before my 66, the 66 has plenty of work before hand. Both engines I have for it turn and crank, Im deciding on which option to go with as my rendering for it has changed . Cant make up my mind yet

I hear ya man. I hate my HOA. As they hate me. Loudest vehicle in the hood, too many cars coming through, tow trucks with rusted cars coming through. They hate it. Its a nice hood, but everyone there is the "pay to fix"type.

Im looking at trailers, but I get a discount on tows through work, but the piggy bank definitely needs to go on a eating binge. Needs to be fatter than it is right now.
