Great looking truck, very very clean.

I was wondering how you mounted the Amazon light bar you have in the bumper.

I got a light bar a few weeks ago and was trying to get ideas of how people are mounting them in that bumper location.

Yep, that's it. Looks like they bumped the price. I paid only $64.99 plus shipping.

Super easy to fab if you want, and save a little coin as well. I used 2) 1/8" strips & 4) bushing/spacers..even tacked them just to make it easier with my mitts working behind the bumper. You could get away with washers if you like.
These brackets bolted to existing holes in flange on the bumper's backside. Not a great pic..but...
If you measure right, the gap will be perfect around the light. You can go with slots in the strips to give yourself some adjustment.. This way you can get the gap to the bumper spot-on.

Great info!

Thanks .

Now I know for sure I'll be making my own brackets. There is NO WAY I would pay that much money for a bracket. Seems crazy to me...but that's also cause I'm broke/cheap...and suffering the current exchange rate in Canada....smh

Thanks Stewart,

I didn't realize the KD fabworks brackets were used for the lightbar.

Looking good man. I love the light bar in the bumper. I have been really happy with using mine as the fog lights.

Sweet looking ride. Well done.

Back when I bought one brand new and did a white monotone, obviously didn't have updated body parts but i did debadge it and all did a all white rear bumper with a hidden hitch. Looked pretty slick.

This isn't a criticism, just a thought after looking at the pics again. Have you considered blacking out the grill ? Just my .02 the black would tie in nicely with the other accents.

Thought about it, but the grill is too huge to black out. It'll be weird at a distance seeing a floating emblem.
