No power to tps

Hello as the title says i've got no power to my tps. pulled the code 122 off a scanner. i've tested the tps itself unplugged it has no dead stop and doesn't jump around at any point, test the wire to each other and to the battery it gets .08v to the battery and 0v to each other. tested the ground wire and it gets .03 ohm to it. Was wondering where the tps get the 5v signal from so I can test to see if it a broken wire or something else. the truck is a 1996 f-250 4x4 with a 460 146000 km and e40d. Any help would be great.

If it has a 60 pin PCM Computer it would be pin #26.
(7.5L Over 14,000 GVW, 49 States & 7.5L Super Duty 50 States)

If it has a 104 pin PCM Computer it would be pin #90.
