Possibly that cam position sensor went out.

How are your batteries? Mine would crank fine but when I put a charger on it, started right up. Had a bad battery. Put 2 new batteries in no more problem.

Cam sensor is a posibility, but start with the glow plug relay, Powerstrokes are VERY pickey and need the glowplugs to heat up on a cold start. Your light in the dash will still work, but check the relay with a test light. One side (large post) will have 12V all the time, have someone turn the key on and the other large post should get 12V. if not check the signal wire for 12V if the signal wire is hot and the second large post is not then replace the relay.
