Wow. That's an impressive picture!
Ok, so I was either misled, or misunderstood what transfer case I was getting. It's not a 205. It's a Dana 24. It's still a gear driven case, but it puts my final ratio at 10.56:1. I hope that'll be ok. He gave me the mounting brackets and all, so it'll bolt right in the truck. I just have to make the drive shafts for it. (and he gave me the input drive shaft with it too)
I drove the hauler home tonight. It may be the best running vehicle I own. I'm going to pick up the trailer tomorrow morning, then a trip to Harbor Freight, then I get to see if I can tire the truck down by myself. I don't have any help this time, so I need to make sure I have my bases covered.

So check this out.....
There's been a lot of empty talk about doing an old school monster truck show. I finally posed the question on the Old USHRA FB page. I asked how many trucks would commit to show. If I got enough, I'd start to research venues and sponsors and such.
well, ......I guess I'm gonna sponsor the event. I have 12 trucks committed to show and the post is an hour old. I have three promoters that want to help and a few track builders and general help. There's gonna be an old school monster truck throw down next year if this all works out.

jeff..after you change the inj. leave one loose on each bank.. take out the glows (test em while ya have em out) and crank the engine for 30 second intervals letting the starter cool after each time.. till ya see fuel at the lines ya left loose.. once ya see the fuel coming out tighten everything put the glows back in and it should fire right up...
