1980 gas wiring harness in a 1985 former diesel

Hello All, need some advice and information. I have put a 1980 gas wiring harness in ol'blue. I have 2 problems. The first problem is i need to know what circuit would be best to tap for the electric fuel pump. The second is the clutch safety switch. The clutch safety switch i cant find any wire hook up to the switch?? Both trucks are stick shift.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe some of the guys on here have said the early manual trucks did not have a neutral safety on the clutch. That came out later.

For the fuel pump I would add a relay under the hood, feed the relay with a fuse or circuit breaker directly off the battery +, and then feed the pump with the relay. Then you can run a small wire from the relay into the cab and run it off any circuit you choose, the relay won't draw much power.

Thank Dave! Appreciate the time and the help. Going to work on it this weekend. Thanks again.
