Anybody make a kick panel that will fit in a 66 F100? I thought I saw somewhere where a certian year Bronco kick panel would fit, might need modification for vent door?

I did a repair on both sides of my truck for rust and would like to cover the patches I welded in. I was thinking that a removable kick panel would fit the bill.

Probably gonna have to make your own out of Luan plywood or some ABS plastic and cover it with vinyl or something.

 

If I can't find anything ready made I figure I will make some panels and have them covered with carpet to match the floor.

 

It would be pretty easy to make them out of fiberglass

 

I just repaired my door panel storage pockets with some fiberglass and now I remember why I disliked working with fiberglass back in the day. What a pain in the ****!! I'd go with sheet plastic or interior fiberboard instead of fiberglass any day.
