Ah... this one from Asia for between $5 and $15?
The OBD Fusion website shares this: "All ELM327 compatible Wi-Fi adapters including OBDLink MX Wi-Fi"
I'm partial to the OBDLink MX in WiFi or BT ($100 and real support), but that's not to say your adapter won't work. Going into the app settings, these apps allow you to select your default adapter, it should find yours on the list when you set the adapter type to WiFi. You then want to set the default protocol to J1850 PWM - that's the language your truck speaks.
