That is likely your body mounts, Chris. Mine are popping quite a bit, too, since I added the rear sway and fixed the front sway links. The body can't flex anymore, and you hear it in the mounts.

Well, Long story short. I have to start saving up to have my tranny rebuilt. No warning at all, just bam and we are pretty much done.

Will Shift, but do not want to drive it much until I have the funds to have it rebuilt with a triple disk converter put in. We shall see.

Awwww man....sorry to hear that Ted. But on the plus side you will have a super reliable rebuild with parts to last a long time!

I didn't say anything but mine started shifting hard into 3rd I think a day or so after the GTG. I'm thinking it was just my trucks fuel line getting kinked over and not having the juice to make a smooth shift. It hasn't acted up since so I'm hoping that means it's all ok.

By the way this truck is an absolute missile now with my chip back in and my Hutch mod done!

Damn the luck Ted, Hope the motor bike weather holds out.

El Coq, now that you have everything sorted out could you explain this windshield wiper mod?

Ted, if you want to go 4R100HD out of Truck City Ford in Buda, I will pick it up for you and bring it to you. They have the best price at $2653 for it + tax. Then you just grab a triple disc TC out of my source in Austin and you are ready to rock and roll again. I do recommend the JW valve body, too.

Aw Doug...it ain't nothing special. I'm just running 24" wipers in the front instead of the regular 20 or 22 inch ones. Just an easy swap but I love how it covers the windshield

Well I have my truck back and while I was having the transmission worked on, I had the local interior shop pull my interior and launder and pressure wash, now I have a clean interior as well.
