Intake or headers for a 77 460?

I run mud drags with my 77 f150 and I just bought a 77 460 with a motorcraft 4 barrel to put in it. I'm only allowed one modification so I wanna know which one will get me the most power. Headers or an intake?

Can you only choose between those two modifications? I'd choose a longer throw crankshaft.
