Have 83 F800 8.2 Detroit. I was given p/n E0HZ-2B574-C for tube assembly. Who has 1 in obsolete inventory? This may not be the correct p/n but that's what parts guy give me.

I need the AXLE code printed on the Certification Label and the production date, also printed on this label at the upper left or right corner.

 

Im looking for line from P/S pump to steering gear box. The info on incomplete vehicle sticker is not readable. The mfg date is 3-83. vin DPK84NXDVA26350. Which side is axle weight stamped in axle. Would this help?

The 3rd digit of the axle code, when decoded lists the weight capacity of the front axle. Certification Label glued to the left door face below the latch.

VIN doesn't help and what you typed is wrong because you omitted the first 2 digits. VIN contains 17 digits, not 15.

NOTE: May not need all this BS! Look at the old hose on the metal portion just before the rubber portion is swaged to it for an ID number. EOHZ-3A719-B is marked EOHT-3A719-CA

 

Went looked at this units mate. Had Incomplete Vehicle sticker readable. Last charcter is N These were special ordered for state as had 6 digit DSO.

 

All 1981 and later VIN's of vehicles sold new in the US have 17 digits, doesn't make any difference if they're special ordered or not.
