Helps matching 1971 blue paint
So i'm trying to match the blue paint on my 1971 F100 xlt...the paint code said "3m" which I deciphered as two tone Wimbldon white and the 3 came up as "Swiss auqua" the paint store
I went to had trouble pulling up the formula for Swiss alpine and the paint chip in his book looks darker than what is on my truck. Anyone else here have the same shade of blue green and suggestions on what other names it might be called or what type of paint matches it the best? Thx

Chip here looks like your fender rather than that paint dab on the bottom. A good store can find the right color. Be aware that the color can vary depending on the manufacturer and even inside the same manufacturer. I can order pebble beige, from PPG, in Concept and Omni. Concept calls it pebble beige and Omni calls it sand. They do not look the same. Top of the line paints have far more color choices available for matching than a cheaper line.
