Very nice Marc! I like that red, you have got to be excited, you are getting so close to seeing all you're hard work and worry coming together.

Front hubs

Now I need help to figure out how to disassemble front 4x4 splined hubs. Haven't done research yet but didn't see how when I pulled off warn lockouts

Marc after you pull the lock out off. There is a spring clip that holds the locking spline in the hub. Its hard to see with grease packed in there. Its in a groove just behind the face of the hub. This picture may help.



Not sure if that is what was holding you up but it has held me up before. Mark/Thundersnow has a thread on here that shows his rebuilding of the steering knuckles.

I'm currently rebuilding my transfer case. Replacing/repairing input & output yokes and shifter shafts and bearing, trying to stop the slobbers.

When I had my transfer case r and r done, we had room for 2 modern output shaft seals, put one facing in and outside one facing out, to decrease potential weeping

Looks great Marc! I like the black hood grille with the red body paint. Are the round holes in the front valance for the grille guard!
