1985 F250 clutch

Anyone know if the clutch housing dust shield boot is still available for a 1985 F250, 4x4, 302 Efi, NP435, NP208.
I also need the tranny shift lever retainer cap, and the transfer case to tranny gasket.
Thanks,
Randy

New Process 435 not listed after 1981 for F100/350. Does the shift lever retainer cap thread off/on?

TRANS code printed on the Certification Label, post what it is.

I just got a New Process 435 out of 1985 F150 from a scrap yard to replace the NP435 in my 1986 F250.

I'm not sure if its stock in either truck, but they are out there.

8MTH-7220 = Warner shift lever retainer cap threads on/off.

B8T-7220-D = NP435 shift lever retainer cap has two notches, is retained to the shift tower with two pins.

This cap must be pressed down by hand and held down while turning it counterclockwise to remove it.

People unaware use pliers or channel locks to remove it, which tears out one or both of the notches. Not pleasant!

This cap is obsolete, but dozens are available NOS .. for example, CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 37 = 800-476-9653.

Pic: Scroll down to 7220

NumberDummy, It is the press down hard and turn 1/4 turn to remove.
I removed the cap and one of the notches is badly bent (previous owner) Np 435 appears to be stock, but who knows. I bought the truck 22 years ago from the original owner, dont recall him saying he swapped anything out. I did find the retainer cap and the NP208 to tranny gasket at Cobra Transmission in Ga. 800.293.4989. I have not bought them yet, I will check carpenters first.
I just need to find the clutch housing dust boot, I will try LMC Truck tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.

7513 = Type of M/T makes no difference.

E3TZ-7513-C .. Clutch Release Lever Dust Shield / Obsolete

1980/83 F100/350 & Bronco I-6 & V8 except 1983 F250/350 460 & 6.9L Diesel // 1981/83 E100/150.

NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has 1 = 913-220-5746.
