03 f250 6.0 won't start

got code p1378(low ficm voltage), i swapped in a known good ficm just to see if i made any difference and it didn't. scanning with torque pro on my phone everything looks good except it showed 41v ficm power side and 9v logic side and both quickly fell if i tried to start. any idea what would cause this?

Sounds like dead or weak battery's to me? What the voltage at the battery terminals? I would charge them up and load test them both.

haven't had a chance to check the actual voltage at terminals, i think the scanner showed 12.6 or something along those lines, it turns over fine

I would have the batteries properly load tested as recommended - a simple voltage check doesn't tell the whole story.

I have a 2004 f250 6.0L I just recently replaced the oil cooler and egr and the oil filter adapter since mine broke. It all started when I had an oil leak. I determined that part of the leak was the O ring on the oil return pipe from the turbo. Now that the truck is back together I went to start it. I got the truck to run for a few seconds. but it never cycled to full idea before it died. Not its leaking oil and will not start. the DTC I got were P0113 P0603 P1000. any help

Check your connection on the MAF sensor. Pull up the MAF pid and IAT1 pid on your scanner (if you have one) and watch them very closely while you wiggle the harness right where it goes into the connector - wiggle up and down and side to side. If you see any fluctuation in it while wiggling it, then you would definitely want to replace that connector with a new pigtail.

Also, to be courteous, please start your own thread instead of tagging on to this one

Have you checked all the fuses? Not just with your eye, check the continuity across the fuse.
