can anyone help? I have a 1994 Ford econloline conversion van. The van only starts when starter fluid is sprayed. The filter is fine and fuses are lighting up when tested. So with process of elimination we are down to the Fuel Pump, BUT..where is it???...if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
