Sure! There should be two wires hooked to the pump, Use a test light to see if you have power to the pump when you're trying to spray. If you do, the pump is bad or the connections are so corroded that the pump isn't getting the juice. You can also unhook the pump and hotwire it to battery+ and -, it should whirr.
Or use jumper wires to run power directly to the pump while still installed and see what happens.

'66 F100 - washer fluid pump
My 66 doesn't have any wires, it has a lever and it has to be manually pumped by my foot. It's the same W/S/W as Falcon, Mustang, Comet, Fairlane, and most every other 66 Ford I've ever seen. . . . .how did you get an electric W/S/W pump & where is the switch for it?
